We deliver all across Northern Ireland and Ireland!
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes there is. We charge €40 for delivery all across Northern Ireland and Ireland. This is to ensure your pallets are safely delivered to you.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
This can depend on your location but we aim to deliver usually within 4-5 working days.
Can I collect my coal?
Yes of course you can! When checking out simply click the button for collection and you can collect from our ground. Make sure you keep your keep your order ID as we will need it to confirm your pickup.
What payment options do you provide?
You can pay using PayPal or via Credit/Debit Card on our website or you can pay with cash with us at our site.
I'm unsure what is the best coal for me, can I get help?

What is your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Bank holidays may vary.
